By using Mobil, you agree to these terms. Do not use the service if you do not accept them.
Purpose of the service
Mobil creates ordinary links that may open communication apps, SMS, calling or FaceTime. It does not send a message or place a call on your behalf. You remain responsible for reviewing the recipient and pressing the final send or call control.
Permitted use
Use Mobil only for lawful, relevant person-to-person communication. You must respect consent, privacy, anti-spam rules and a recipient’s request not to be contacted.
Prohibited use
Do not use Mobil for spam, harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, scraping, automated account discovery, bulk messaging, circumvention of privacy settings or any activity that violates law or third-party terms.
Phone numbers and messages
You are responsible for entering the correct country and number and for the content of any message. Mobil does not verify ownership, availability or identity associated with a phone number.
Third-party services
WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Viber, Skype, mobile carriers, telephone services and FaceTime are independent third parties. Their availability, privacy settings, fees, restrictions and terms are outside Mobil’s control. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
No guarantee
Mobil is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. A link may fail because an app is not installed, a number is not registered, privacy settings prevent discovery, a browser blocks an external protocol or a third party changes its link format.
Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for messages, calls, charges, disputes, losses or third-party actions resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and availability
The service and these terms may be changed, suspended or discontinued. The updated date identifies the current terms.
